Who gets a coupon, and how long it lasts

The rule: a coupon is for a new customer. "New" — hasn't used a coupon of this business in the last 24 months.

Coupons are for new customers only
A Share2Grow coupon is issued to a customer who hasn't used a coupon of this business in the last 24 months. Repeat and regular customers are the business's own concern, not the coupon's.
The limit applies to the whole business, not to each campaign separately
If you already received a coupon (or used a coupon) of this business, that blocks getting a new one of its coupons — even for a completely different campaign of the same business.
Every coupon has one expiry date
The coupon is valid until the date printed on it. After that date, the business may — but doesn't have to — accept it anyway.
What the system can't know
The platform only sees its own history: someone who has long been a customer of this business, but never took a coupon through us, will be considered "new" by the system.

This is the platform's typical value — each business can set its own.
